Description of Split type flux recovery & feeding machine:
This is split type flux recovery and pressure feeding machine. It is designed for welding manipulator and all kinds of welding projects which needs auto flux recovery and feeding. It is widely used in nuclear power, wind power, boiler, pipe, cylinders and other welding projects. Install the flux feeding machine on beam and flux recovery machine on platform of welding manipulator. Flux will be recovered into the flux feeding machine, the dust in flux enters the recovery machine. This set of machine suits small manipulators.
The main feather of the machine in our company is that as follows:

2,It connects with external pressure plastic gas source (0.6Mpa) to feed flux, horizontal feeding distance 25 meters.

5, Can realize the flux recovery and feeding inside the cylinder of min 300mm.
6, Optional heating device 0-150℃ could prevent flux away from cool vapor.
