Description of flux recovery & feeding machine:
This is an integrated machine for flux recovery and pressure feeding. It is designed for welding manipulator and all kinds of welding projects which needs auto flux recovery and feeding. It is widely used in nuclear power, wind power, boiler, pipe, cylinders and other welding projects.
The main feather of the machine in our company is that as follows:
1,It adopts high quality fan to recovery flux, recovery rate more than 98%.
2,It connects with external pressure plastic gas source (0.6Mpa) to feed flux, horizontal feeding distance 25 meters.
3, PLC control, automatic flux circulation.
4, High-density film for dust elimination.
5, Flux low-level alarm (less than 15kg).
6, Different type of flux can be easily replaced according to different welding demands.
7, Can realize the flux recovery and feeding inside the cylinder of min 300mm.
8, Can be mount on the beam of column &boom or be put on ground.
9, Optional heating device 0-150℃ could prevent flux away from cool vapor.
