Description of flux recovery machine:
This flux recovery machine is designed for SAW tractor. The entire body is made of alloy plate which has light weight and high hardness. It overcomes the problems such as small size and small load-bearing force of the submerged arc welding car. The car can be equipped with this recovery system to make recycling and reduce the artificial labor. It can save time and improve efficiency.
The main feather of the machine in our company is that as follows:
1,Electric separate type, lighter weight on welding head.
2, Import fan has super suction. The effective recovery rate is more than 98% .
3, Dust will be collected by the filter bag while recovery.
4,Can observe flux through visual window.
5, Can add flux easily through the flux inlet.
6,Optional heating device 0-120℃ could prevent flux away from cool vapor.
